When one sign came in from the manufacturer and the color was a little off (not their fault, it was trying to match an existing sign) they sent it back until the color was right and communicated with me the whole time. {I used Cincinnati Custom Signs recently and they were great. I was tasked with purchasing 4 acrylic signs (with our policies on them) ranging in size from 2'x1' to 3'x4'. That being said, I was given 5 days to complete the task. I called Cincinnati Custom Signs at 5pm and they were able to come out first thing the next day. The signs were completed and installed on time. The product was perfect and they went above and beyond for me.
